Gerucht over Kronstadt

Geruchten omtrent ongeregeldheden bereiken de Amerikaanse anarchist Alexander Berkman tijdens zijn bezoek aan Sovjet-Rusland. Het is het begin van de opstand van Kronstadt, die door de bolsjewiki bloedig zal worden neergeslagen.
Tekst: "Rumours that in Moscow strikes broke out at the same time as here in Petrograd. It is claimed that the coincidence of dates on which strikes began here + there is proof, at least one of the proofs, of an organized attempt against the Bolsh[eviks]. It is also rumored that a comm[ittee] of sailors came from Kronstadt to investigate the cause of the workers' dissatisfaction in this city. Impossible to tell what is fact and what fiction."
