The trial on the Protocols of the Elders of Zion took place in Berne, Switzerland, from 30 October to 1 November 1934. In this trial the Swiss Jewish Association and the Jewish Community of Berne accused Ulrich Fleischhauer, a Nazi propagandist, of distributing defamatory, anti-Semitic propaganda in the form of the German translation of the Protocols, which were sold during a political demonstration in Berne. Abramovič was present at the trial as a witness.
The accused was convicted, and the Protocols were declared to be a forgery, plagiarism, and obscene literature.
