Archief Shipping Research Bureau archives

Some time ago the archives of the Shipping Research Bureau (SRB) were transferred to the International Institute of Social History (IISH) and added to the other anti-apartheid and southern Africa archives on the fifth floor of the IISH building. Now, also the inventory of the SRB archives, made by former SRB-director Richard Hengeveld, has been completed and made available online: http://hdl.handle.net/10622/ARCH03046

The archives not only include real archival items of the Shipping Research Bureau, but also an extensive collection of documentation  from the research the SRB did in the period 1979-1995 into the violations of the oil embargo against South Africa and related matters.
